last night: 1/3 of a king size cookies n’ cream bar (20% DV of saturated fat)
this morning: went to chicago’s home of chicken n’ waffles, maxxed a little too hard ):
2 buckwheat pancakes, w/ 4 pieces of gravy smothered fried chicken, cheese grits, collard greens and cornbread (yeh, my fam is dat qhetto ♥). seriously, I think @ least had 1500 calories during that meal
b/c I was so full I didn’t eat the rest of the day till 4, thats when I had a sweet potato before working out. For the workout part I did cardio abs and cardio/balance sessions from my insanity workout (aka the best workout EVER), hope that was enough to cancel out all these extra calories~ aside from that my mama’s making me finish my red mango but I dun wanna add on the extra sugar/calories ); SOMEONE FINISH IT FOR MEE </3

AND I STILL GOT SUM SOUL FOOD LEFTOVERS OHMAHGAHH.
